7. Payments

8. Refund Policy

  • communication records,
  • email confirmations,
  • website activity logs.

These records may be used as evidence in responding to Stripe disputes or chargeback claims.


10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are prohibited.

Where a customer initiates a payment dispute claiming:

  • the advert was not posted,
  • the service was not delivered,
  • the service was unsatisfactory,

we reserve the right to provide Stripe with supporting evidence including:

  • screenshots,
  • timestamps,
  • advert URLs,
  • communication logs,
  • order confirmations.

Users making knowingly false payment disputes may be permanently banned from the platform.


11. Advert Approval & Removal

We reserve the right to:

  • approve or reject any advert,
  • request amendments,
  • remove adverts at any time,
  • suspend accounts,

Approval of an advert does not constitute endorsement of the employer or vacancy.
